Dr. Ravi Kant Shukla is Associate Professor, Department of Political Science, S.R.A.P. College, East Champaran, a constituent unit of BRA Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. He Has authored several academic papers published in national and international journals. He has also attended many national and international seminars. his teaching and research interests include E-Government, Public Policy, Political Theory and Public Budgeting. Although primary serving in a teaching capacity at the university level since 2010, Shukla also has experience contributing at academic works. This includes serving in the academic journal manuscript review process and in a classroom textbook editorial review capacity.
